FOR the purpose of altering the date by which the governing body of Prince George’s County  is required to complete a certain report concerning the county’s municipal tax setoffs; altering the date by which the County Executive of Prince George’s County is required to prepare an annual report on a certain school facilities surcharge and a certain public safety and behavioral health surcharge; and generally relating to municipal tax setoffs, the school facilities surcharge, and the public safety and 11 behavioral health surcharge in Prince George’s County.
