FOR the purpose of establishing civil penalties for violations recorded by speed monitoring 5 systems on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George’s County 6 that are second or subsequent violations or that involve exceeding the maximum speed limit by certain amounts; and generally relating to speed monitoring systems 8 on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George’s County.
