Synopsis
For the purpose of increasing the maximum number of speed monitoring systems that may be placed and used on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George’s County; repealing a certain requirement that the State Highway Administration, in conjunction with the Prince George’s County Department of Public Works and Transportation, perform a certain examination of Maryland Route 210 in Prince George’s County and report certain findings to the Governor and the General Assembly; repealing a provision of law terminating the authority to place speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 210 in Prince George’s County; and generally relating to the placement and use of speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George’s County.
