Synopsis
FOR the purpose of requiring that in Montgomery County the means of access for all loading and service vehicles servicing a commercial building site be of sufficient length and configuration to avoid causing certain obstructions; establishing that in Montgomery County a land use plan or the transportation component of a land use plan developed and adopted by the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission shall only describe the layout of a proposed transportation network; prohibiting a land use plan developed and adopted by the Commission for Montgomery County from including transportation operational considerations; and generally relating to transportation planning in Montgomery County.
