Synopsis
FOR the purpose of providing that, before the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George’s County may approve a transfer of ownership of a license, the license holder must publish notice of the sale of the license in a newspaper of general circulation and give priority to any offers made by certain minority businesses to purchase the license for a certain number of days after the notice is published; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Prince George’s County.
