Synopsis
FOR the purpose of exempting all personal property in the possession of a person engaged in a manufacturing business with fewer than a certain number of employees from the personal property tax in Prince George’s County; and generally relating to a personal property tax exemption for manufacturing businesses in Prince George’s County.
