Synopsis
FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum preset fine that the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may establish for violations of certain watershed regulations; increasing the maximum fine that a person must pay if the District Court finds that the person violated certain watershed regulations; and generally relating to fines for violations of watershed regulations adopted by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
