Synopsis
FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of Prince George’s County to enact a local law to regulate certain procurement activities of the Prince George’s County public school system and Prince George’s Community College; requiring certain procurement preference programs for procurements made by the Prince George’s County Board of Education or the Board of Community College Trustees for Prince George’s County to be subject to certain requirements adopted by the governing body of Prince George’s County; and generally relating to procurements by the Prince George’s County Board of Education and the Board of Community College Trustees for Prince George’s County.
