Synopsis
FOR the purpose of of prohibiting the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George’s County from approving the transfer or sale of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license; requiring a certain license holder to return a certain license to the Board if the license expires or the license holder no longer wishes to hold the license; prohibiting the Board from reissuing a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license under certain circumstances; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Prince George’s County.
